Payment Methods

CM AOX gladly accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, all through PayPal.

You are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. 

Tracking your order

An order confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail as soon as your order is received. Furthermore, a shipment confirmation and the tracking number will be e-mailed to you once your order has been shipped.

CM AOX is not responsible for any Taxes, Duties, and Freight charges for International Orders.

All orders placed Monday - Friday will be processed and shipped within 4 days. 

Return&Exchanges

CM AOX wants to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you wish to exchange or return your unused item, simply return it to us with the original invoice within 7 days of receipt. 

Please e-mail us at [email protected] with a brief explanation of your return or exchange, as well as the item style number. 

For your security, please return your item with an insured courier (i.e. FedEx, UPS, DHL etc.). CM AOX is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit

Upon receipt of the item, we will credit back within 7 business days.
